The Thirst Relief Mentorship Auction is an incredible thing and every year I'm blessed to be a part of it. This year is the highest number of mentors to date being auctioned off for some one on one mentorship time at WPPI along with other fabulous products!

This year Love Affair Workshop is helping throw the hottest party at WPPI (just look at the rad people involved) and we want to make sure you are there!
If you have not gotten your tickets to "Airhorns & Lasers" yet then you need to be quick... head over to the site and keep a look out by visiting it often, (word on the street is that more tickets will be available soon so keep your eyes peeled and your fingers ready)!
There won’t be any vendor booths, gift bags, or cupcakes. There will be a bar, a dance floor, and the industry’s most well known vendors, bloggers, and taste makers getting down under one (relatively small) roof. You will hang with your favorite people, talk, dance, drink, get sweaty, and be very happy you went!

Every year I work closely with Bald Head Island to photograph a couple of stories for Haven Magazine. It's a first class publication and I'm always excited to be a part of it. This year I'll have two stories featured! One is a mother & daughter get away on the island. Here you'll see a few of my favorite images of the young girls from that story. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the ocean. Some of these will make the final cut and wind up in print and some might not so I figured I would give all of my faithful blog readers a sneak peek of my favorites.
We also have another story in Haven this year and it's all about weddings! They'll be highlighting three different weddings that took place on the Island and I photographed all three! I'm going to make you wait until I see it in print to post a sneak peek of that article here. I can't wait to flip through the publication for myself!

The Balcony On Dock has their Open House in January and it was a fantastic event. Jennifer from Salt Harbor designed the room as one full event. Nicki made an amazing cake to match and the Balcony's food even matched the theme! Our photos were also used throughout the event and they tied into the decor nicely!
The guests were serenaded by violinist Maura Kropke along with DJ Jason Tatum from Active Entertainment DJ who played some nice relaxing tunes throughout the day! |

The furniture is provided by Harborside Event Rentals, they have such lovely piece for rent. A great addition to any wedding or party!
The image hanging between the chairs (right) was the biggest print we had made for the Open House and it was just perfectly dreamy for the space. LOVED it! |

| Just today my nephew, Gavin, dropped by the studio for a little visit. I thought you all might like to all see how much he has grown. I LOVE this kid so much and I'm so happy we can actually carry on little conversations now that he speaks in full sentences. What a fun little dude! |
