whitney + blake . greenville, nc

Whitney and Blake are a perfect match. Seeing how couples interact is one of my favorite aspects of my job. One thing was for sure right off the bat...this couple is in love. We started our day in Greenville NC at Whitney's grandparents' farm. I love how personal that makes these images for them! This is not just a random forest somewhere. There are so many memories attached to each location.



You might remember this smile from Amanda and Jake's wedding - Whitney was one of the bridesmaids!



This image sings to me. It is innocence and love. OK I know I'm getting deep here, but I can't get over her iconic sundress and bare feet. :)



This is how much I love this couple - I stepped in a very large spider's web to get these next two images. Was it worth it? Yes! Do I still get jitters thinking about the spider? Yes!



Blake loves cars. I don't know much about this car - I couldn't tell you what year it was made or if the finish is original, but I guarantee you that Blake could talk about this baby for days!



At the end of our time at Grandpa's farm, we asked him to stop for a moment to take a quick picture with the couple. I LOVE the way this came out - Whitney's gramps really completes the image and adds so much character.


We took a few more shots at Blake's garage with yet another vintage car. Love it!
