I was so excited to meet up with Rachel in Greenville, SC for Meggie and Josh's big day! It was a bright, sunny day, and just couldn't have been more gorgeous! Meggie and the girls arrived shortly after we did, and they went right to work getting ready for the ceremony. I am absolutely jealous of Meggie's dress - it's simple, yet stunning, vintage-y but classic - and it fit Meggie like a glove!.
|

| I think she is absolutely stunning! |

Meggie and Josh are the type of people who make you feel at home immediately! Warm, genuine, and loving, you know right away that they are perfect for each other! And they surround themselves with the same kinds of people. Meggie's bridesmaids were incredible - making sure that her dress was wrinkle-free, that every detail was attended to - simply because they love her so much.
All of the bridesmaids were ooh-ing and ahh-ing over meggie, and who can blame them? I love this image of them telling her how amazing she looks!
|

Meggie's mom though she looked pretty incredible, too.
|

| Rachel grabbed this great shot of Josh's brother pinning on Josh's boutiniere. Love it. |

| ...and a heartfelt card from Josh to Meggie. You can just tell from her smile that she's reading something from the man she loves. |

| Meggie was just glowing as her dad walked her down the aisle. |

Another great shot by Rachel of Meggie as she gets close enough to see Josh through all the people... The look on her face is priceless. Love and hope and big dreams for the future.
|

| And my view of Josh as he sees his bride for the first time. |

| The setting for the ceremony couldn't have been better! I simply adore outdoor weddings! The backdrop is beautiful and the natural lighting is just lovely! |

| The other advantage of an outdoor wedding like this one is that we can sneak around the front to get great shots of the couple, like this one, that Rachel got during the ceremony! I love their laughter as they take a second to soak in the moment! |

| This little one was just too cute to resist! |

| The ceremony was so touching and personal, and I think I even cried at one point. Everything about their day pointed to God as their strength and their redeemer. The whole crowd sang hymns, prayed and worshiped together. I can't think of a better way to start a marriage! |

| Hugs all around! I love it when everyone involved in the wedding is so excited for the couple that they can't contain themselves. That was how all the family and friends were on this day. They have a great support system in place as they grow together in their relationship! |

Meggie and Josh were excited and ready to get to their reception, but they allotted some time for photos of just the two of them. I think this is so important!! I totally get wanting to go right in and party away with your guests, but this is the only time you have for photos of just the two of you - and if you don't give time for that, you won't end up with images like this....
I LOVED Meggie's veil! |

| A big open field - so many possibilities, so many crickets! Meggie was such a great sport - there were crickets jumping all over her dress, and she just kept brushing them off and going right on with whatever we were doing. She actually told me that when they got to their hotel later that night, that she had one HUGE cricket stuck in the layers of her dress. Meggie - thanks for being so awesome and braving the crickets to get these! |

This little detail could be my favorite from the whole day! Meggie and Josh asked each guest to include a creative response as their RSVP. As you can see, they have some really creative guests! There was a maze, lots of really sweet notes in response, and even several responses in different languages! I love this idea!
|

| A little first dance action - don't they look so happy? |

| And a beautiful, funny, and touching toast from Meggie's sister, Emily. |

| Possibly my favorite ring shot ever! I loved those yellow flowers! |

| The band, HitMob7, kept the dance floor hoppin' all night! |

| No one wanted the party to end, but at long last, it was time for the bouquet... |

| These girls wanted that bouquet too! |

| And a bubbly exit... Congratulations, Meggie and Josh! I'm so honored to have been a part of your day, and I wish for you all the blessings imaginable in your marriage! |
